excellent stay

great staff record player
The staff accommodated my late arrival at 2am, they provided entrance codes and left my key. i also enjoyed having drinks in the breakfast room and staff found ice and glasses for me. breakfast offered many options. the room had a record player. The lps were a nice touch.
the hot water supply to the bath was quite poor. i was unable to fill it even to a quarter depth in 30 minutes. this was a disappointment.

a haven of charm

excellent lighting turntable selection fresh fruit ideal location
The superior king room was immaculate with excellent lighting. i especially liked the in-room turntable with a carefully chosen record selection. breakfast included fresh fruit and pastries. A continental treat. the location was ideal, close to kelvingrove park and good food.
the tv reception was a little patchy, though the record player more than made up for it.

Sweet Boutique Find!

nespresso machine record player special touch ample breakfast
I was charmed to find a nice Nespresso machine in my room. It was super convenient for making a quick coffee. The record player and LPs added such a special touch. Breakfast was ample and catered to all sorts of tastes.
The bathroom door was see through. It did make privacy a challenge at times.

Charming Boutique Stay

warm welcome convenient location unique atmosphere
The staff extended a warm welcome upon arrival, and they were genuinely attentive throughout my stay. The location proved wonderfully convenient with cafes, bars, and restaurants a short walk away. My room had a record player. I found it a lovely touch and it added to the unique atmosphere.
My room was close to the reception area, which led to some noise disturbances at times. It wasn't a major issue, but noticeable.

a Good stay

comfy beds great location
the room was a lovely twin room. comfy beds were provided. i also enjoyed the decent area for a peaceful rest. GREAT location was very accessible for exploring.
there was NO hand soap in the room upon arrival. i asked for it to be refilled. it really should been checked by the cleaners. it was ONE of those small things that was an oversight.

the room had a record player with vinyl lps, a nice touch.
The room felt a bit tired. Some bulbs were out. the bottles of toiletries seemed refilled with a different brand. the breakfast area felt odd, and the selection was unusual (i expected more for the price).

the record player in the room was a nice touch it came with a good selection of albums. the beds were very comfy i slept well each night.
my room was a dark basement room it felt very different from the photos online. i found mould on the grout in the shower room the tiles needed a good scrub.
