helpful staff extra key ample parking dusty ventilation usb charging limited food
the staff was helpful and printed my boarding pass! they provided an extra key for my daughter, useful. there was ample parking near both the pub and the hotel building.
The bathroom ventilation was clogged with dust. This created noise, especially at night. there wasn't usb charging available by the bed! vegan food options were limited at the pub.

broken bath plug unhelpful staff
the location proved convenient for my travel needs
the bathroom needed serious attention the bath plug was completely broken i could barely use the tub the general state felt neglected furthermore when i needed assistance the staff seemed put out they seemed more burdened than helpful i expected a better level of maintenance and service

The room was clean AND the bed felt very comfortable. The location WAS good, it met my needs well. Costa Coffee AND Greggs bakers were right next door.
The heating WASNT on when i got there. The room was REALLY cold.

The hotel offers a convenient parking area for all guests, it ensures easy access to the premises. I saw several vending machines near the entrance. They provided snacks and drinks. EV charging points were also available on site.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. They were very efficient during check-in. The hotel thoughtfully prepared travel information for the Open Golf event at Troon. Dinner with my family proved great, and staff were helpful with allergies and kids.
The bathroom looked slightly worn.
