Satisfactory Stay Experience
double beds modern bathroom colorful selection
The room featured two double beds. The bathroom was modern. I liked the colorful walls. The staff provided great service and were always ready to help.
The hotel asked for a £60 deposit upon arrival for potential damages, which seemed unnecessary. The window was damaged, and I had to manually shut the top part from outside. The bedding had an imprint, indicating it wasn't changed before my arrival.
Dining
9/10
I tried the butter chicken in the lounge, and it was AMAZING!!! The food was really good in general. It was the best butter chicken I have ever had.
Service
10/10
The staff was very helpful. They were always ready to assist with any requests. Luke, the barman, was particularly friendly and approachable. He offered fantastic service to everyone.
Location
8/10
The location was prime for getting around. Transport options were easily accessible. The banks were close to the loch. This provided convenient access to the surrounding areas.
