decent stay NEAR the loch
own toilet clean feeling simple parking
i got a double room with my OWN toilet. everything felt clean. i could make tea EASILY. parking was simple near the hotel.
our room was right above THE bar. karaoke on monday kept us awake.

the staff were helpful . i received a free upgrade which enhanced my experience. the location provides convenient access to nearby restaurants.
the cleaningness in my room could have been improved. the bathroom lacked essential items like a toilet roll. there was no hand soap available when i arrived.

The room featured two double beds. The bathroom looked modern. I liked the colorful walls. The staff provided great service and were always ready to help.
The hotel asked for a £60 deposit upon arrival for potential damages, which seemed unnecessary. The window was damaged, and I had to manually shut the top part from outside. The bedding had an imprint, indicating it wasn't changed before my arrival.

I tried the butter chicken in the lounge, and it was AMAZING!!! The food was really good in general. It was the best butter chicken I have ever had.
