convenient location free parking friendly staff clean room
i found the location very convenient for accessing both glasgow and edinburgh. the free on-site parking was really helpful and a secure space was provided with cctv. the staff were always smiling and very friendly, it made for a cute atmosphere. the rooms were very clean and had all the basic amenities that i needed.
The check-in area was located within a very noisy bar area. I felt a bit overwhelmed when i first arrived.

helpful staff delicious breakfast convenient parking
The staff members were helpful, assisting with directions. Breakfast each morning featured freshly prepared options. It was delicious. I noticed convenient parking with cctv cameras too.
The tv reception was poor. I had trouble getting a clear signal.

the room was a twin room, and i found it adequately sized for MY needs. the provided amenities included fresh towels AND toiletries that were quite useful. the in-room television offered a good selection of channels, ensuring i didn't miss any important news.
the Wi-Fi signal in my room was unfortunately weak at times. i found it hard to keep a stable internet connection.

The staff was friendly and helpful. My room had a balcony, I used it to keep milk fresh. The kettle in the room was convenient.
The music from the bar was audible in my room. I could also hear people talking in the next room. This impacted the sleep quality.

The location is convenient near the town center. My room was clean upon arrival. The housekeeping team changed the linen daily (a really great touch).
The description online did not specify breakfast timings, and breakfast service starting only at 10 AM caused me to miss it due to my early departure.
