Excellent City Stay
fresh fruit tasty snacks working television steep stairs
The room had useful amenities. I found fresh fruit and snacks in the fridge upon arrival. There was also plenty of coffee and cream available. The television worked well and provided good entertainment.
The stairs were steep and without a lift, difficult with luggage.

Check-in was very easy. Communication for arranging a taxi was prompt. I immediately received a response and taxi ordering was quick.

The room was very warm. It also had a well-stocked bathroom with toiletries, i appreciated this. The accommodation location is very good.

I appreciated the spaciousness of the room. The location near the cathedral proved convenient for my planned activities. I liked having clear self check-in instructions.
The stairs were a concern. These stairs were slippery. They require carpet or a non-slip surface. The breakfast provided was only sufficient for one person, I thought.

The room was spacious. I liked that coffee and tea were available. Breakfast arrived to my door with pastries and yoghurt. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent.
The shower did not heat properly. It was also a small cubicle. The room was quite basic. I understand this is an old building with limited space.

the room, a superior double or twin room, was clean. the breakfast was tasty and featured amazing coffee.
the stairs were slippery. bottom stairs needed a non slip flooring, so i had to be very careful when walking.
