Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
The Anderson, set just outside Inverness, seems to be full of character, offering an eccentric and warm atmosphere. The pub is a highlight for many, featuring a superb selection of beers and whisky, while the food, especially the American BBQ style, is often praised. Some guests have mentioned that the building's maintenance could be improved, but the hotel's location is ideal for exploring Fortrose, with a bus stop right outside for easy access to Inverness and proximity to the dolphin watching site.

room cleaning minor inconvenience
I found a couple of things less than ideal. the lack of attention to detail in room cleaning was noticeable. The bathroom wasn't properly wiped down . also, the cups i used weren't replaced, a minor inconvenience. it gave an impression of corner-cutting on basic services.
