Guest rooms include Family Double Rooms, King Double Rooms, Twin Rooms and Triple Rooms, while glamping options are Glamping Pod - Double and Glamping Pod - Twin. All rooms and glamping pods are en-suite with hydromassage showers and/or a bath. All rooms in the main building have a TV.

The Stables breakfast room serves a buffet continental breakfast with cereal, toast, pastry, yogurt, fruit, tea, filter coffee and fruit juice. Guests can purchase coffee and other breakfast options such as filled rolls. Packed lunches are available.

Fairburn Activity Centre is set in the Scottish woodland of Strathconon Glen, a 30-minute drive from Inverness.
