Charming Hospitality and Excellent Food

friendly hosts excellent food
The hosts were exceedingly cute and friendly. I found the food to be excellent, particularly the full scottish breakfast. The large car park across from the hotel suited me well. I appreciated the convenience.
The room showed slight signs of wear. I also noticed a few areas that needed more attention when cleaning.

My room included everything i needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was nice and hard, suited my back perfectly. The room was quiet, assuring an undisturbed sleep despite being on the main road.

a proper scottish welcome

fabulous welcome smoked trout easy parking
lesley and iain provided a fabulous welcome. the food was great, with home smoked trout available. parking was easy, directly opposite the hotel. i appreciated these convenient arrangements.
The bed was uncomfortable. It was very springy.

Really good Hospitality and Delicious Breakfast

friendly owner delicious breakfast convenient parking
I found the owners to be very friendly and helpful. They ensured everything was catered for. Dinner and breakfast were both top notch (especially the full Scottish breakfast!). The big car park directly opposite the hotel was also ideal.
The television started turning on and off. The plug then started making sparking noises, concerning. (This should be checked by an electrician soon.)

amazing breakfast friendly owner clean room
the owners were friendly and helpful i felt very welcome the breakfast was amazing it had a great selection. i especially liked the full scottish option my husband said it was perfect. the rooms were quirky and very clean it was lovely.
the room was a bit small it felt a little cluttered.

springy bed dust accumulation
The room felt a bit tired. the bed was springy (i tossed and turned a bit). i also noticed some dust behind the furniture, which suggests the cleaning could be more thorough. the tv had an issue. It kept turning on and off on its own, and one of the plugs was making some concerning sparking noises.
