Excellent Hotel Stay!

friendly staff separate rooms large bath
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Every request was handled quickly. The family room had two separate rooms, a plus. The bathroom included a large bath and shower. I found this quite luxurious.
I noticed that the bar was not open until late afternoon, so I had to wait for a drink.

gracious staff lovely toiletries culinary delight
the staff were so gracious and cute. they carried our luggage to the room, a sweet gesture. the room included lovely toiletries. i remember the food being exquisite, each dish a culinary delight.
the pillows felt quite firm, which detracted from the otherwise wonderful comfort.

excellent hotel stay

warm welcome clean room breakfast selection
the staff provided a warm welcome upon my arrival. the room, a standard twin room, was notably clean, spacious, and warm. scottish toiletries were a nice touch in the bathroom. breakfast offered a great selection, with both a buffet and a hot breakfast cooked to order.
the pillows in the bed were quite hard. i found them rather uncomfortable.
