The room was lovely. I found fresh milk in the mini fridge (it was a nice touch). The staff was very attentive and friendly. I noticed they worked well as a team.
The room cleanliness was not the best. The toilet and shower lacked hygiene (despite the lovely presentation). I think the service is not above 3 stars.

Really good Hotel Experience

modern decor large tv fluffy towels
The recently renovated rooms feature modern decor. A large TV provided entertainment. I found a small fridge stocked with water and milk. The bathroom included both a bathtub and a separate shower. I particularly appreciated the big fluffy towels.
The room was quite warm even with the thermostat turned down. I had to open a window to get comfortable for sleeping.

The hotel staff were attentive and quick to respond to my requests. They were always available at the front desk. Check-in and check-out processes were both efficient and pleasant. The staff were happy to give directions and advice.

superb experience!

dab radio fresh milk
the room was very stylish. it was super comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. i appreciated the luxury touches, including the dab radio and the mini-fridge with fresh milk and mineral water.
i did not find the beds especially comfortable. i also found the room difficult to darken, which affected my sleep quality. these minor issues aside, i thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

excellent hotel stay

helpful staff refurbished hotel delicious breakfast
i stayed for several nights and found the staff very helpful. they seemed to be always available. the newly refurbished hotel had a great restaurant and big bedrooms. the food was tasty. the breakfast was delicious. i especially appreciated the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs.
the room cleaning wasn't done daily. this was a minor issue, but it is something that could be improved . it makes the room small.

the room was large and it had a modern design. all essential toiletries were provided in the bathroom. the rooms had bright spaces with many extras like tea kettle and coffee maker, this was welcome.
