prompt phone service nice breakfast selection comfortable bed convenient on-site bar
staff answered the phone promptly when i called about a late arrival. the breakfast offered a nice selection of hot and cold items. my room had a comfortable bed and provided a restful sleep. i found the on-site bar convenient for a nightcap after a long day.
the hallway carpeting showed some wear and could benefit from replacement.

The staff were lovely and helpful. the breakfast was excellent. I especially liked the haggis. the room was clean and warm, very welcome after a long day traveling.

noise problem colorful language
the staff seemed nice the food hit the spot a decent enough stay.
i got a room at the front it overlooked the bar drinkers spilled outside the noise continued until well past 1 am and the language was quite colorful no double glazing made things worse sleep was a challenge.

great breakfast good communication friendly staff
The staff displayed kindness. Communication was straightforward, addressing check-in and parking. The breakfast impressed me, i recommend it. I anticipate another visit here, hopefully soon.

convenient location helpful staff reasonable price
I found the location very convenient for my travel plans. the staff were helpful. They helped me securely store my bicycle. the pub food and beer were reasonably priced. breakfast was amazing.
the flooring on the first floor was uneven, which posed a tripping hazard.
