I enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant, the local beer was really good. breakfast was well cooked and featured local produce. A big plus for me.

class welcome young lady best hospitality
The checkin welcome was really first class. A young lady ran the venue, she was really good. She was very human, funny, and cute. The hospitality was the best.
The room had many cobwebs. A more thorough clean should happen. It impacted my experience at the hotel.

The location was good. Close to the loch. staff were friendly. i enjoyed the tasty supper that i had.
The shower cubicle was too small. the toilet was difficult to flush and it was very noisy. the food was disappointing. There was little choice.

I found the staff very helpful and friendly. the room was clean. It was a self-catering apartment. i enjoyed having the ability to make my own meals. dinner at the restaurant was a treat too.

I stayed in a garden suite it was spotlessly clean and offered loads of room. The breakfast was great as it was really well cooked and used clearly local produce.
I noticed some of the tiles on the shower floor were missing grout it was minor though.

the food tasted really good.
The shower felt cramped because the shower cabin was too small. flushing the toilet was hard, it needed multiple attempts. soundproofing was poor. I could hear noises from other rooms.

great food friendly staff
Dinner and breakfast had great food and superb service. The staff work hard and they are friendly. I saw the room was comfortable. The bed was comfortable too.
