a delightfully surprising find!
breakfast selection helpful staff early check
the breakfast selection included many options and was delicious, a great start to my days. the staff members were very friendly and always eager to help with any requests i had. i was even able to check into my room a little early, a big plus!
the bathroom lacked a window and a fan, so ventilation was definitely a concern.

small room missing sheet
the breakfast offered a good selection of fruit.
The room size was smaller than expected. the mattress seemed to shift around on the bed frame. I found this quite strange. additionally, a top sheet was missing from the bedding, just a bottom sheet and duvet cover. That did not stay put.

helpful staff varied breakfast convenient location luggage storage
i COULD leave my luggage at reception before my room was ready. The varied breakfast included fresh fruit, it was delicious. The staff were very helpful with directions, a real treat. I REALLY liked the location, not far from the main areas.
the bathroom lacked a FAN, this made it difficult to have proper ventilation.

the breakfast area IS also a Thai restaurant and it is bright. I noticed the hotel provides coffee and tea facilities in ALL the rooms. Luggage storage before and after check-in EXISTS for added convenience.

the hotel is NEAR a hiking area, very advantageous for exploring the terrain. A short walk takes you to the town CENTER in only about ten minutes. There is good parking AVAILABLE at this hotel.

the staff was very helpful. i appreciated the parking behind THE building. there was also a Thai cook who prepared a Scottish breakfast.

The location was quite convenient. I found the breakfast options to be excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The bathroom lacked a window or fan. Ventilation was therefore a problem. The decor seemed dated, with noticeable repairs. I also felt the bedding could have been cleaner.

friendly staff key access tidy room warm welcome
the staff was pleasant and friendly. i liked having a key for storing my bag before check in. the room was nothing messy. it was not modern, but it felt warm.
the mattress seemed to slip around a little on the bed box. it moved like it was on ice.
