lovely stay!
helpful staff clean room temperature control
i found the hotel staff very helpful and friendly. they arranged early access to my room after my ferry trip. my room was clean, and i could control the temperature with a heater.
the food i ordered was just ok.

The location was good. It made getting around fairly easy.
My room felt pretty outdated. The bathroom was small. The shower pressure was annoyingly weak. I also found the TV kept restarting itself (just what I needed after a long day).

the sea view from my room was beautiful, i saw it from my window. dining was great and had many foods to choose from. the staff, they was friendly.
the decor wasn't great, the chairs looks like they need to be changed and the bar wasn't good, i didn't like it. my room didnt had a comforter. the shower was really poor, i needed to ask for towels.

Really good service and convenient location
friendly staff early access super clean room adjustable heat
I found the staff friendly and helpful . I also appreciated early access to my room after arriving from the ferry in Aberdeen. The room was spotlessly clean and well kept. I enjoyed having the ability to adjust the heat in the room to my preference.
The dinner menu remained unchanged , a little disappointing.

The breakfast at the hotel was substantial with a wide variety of options. The restaurant inside the hotel offered convenient dining. A local supermarket is just down the road (very practical).

The hotel sits in a quiet area close to the water's edge. The airport bus stop is right next to the hotel, and I used it for easy transport. I found a short walk to the harbour very convenient (everything is near).

All the staff members I interacted with were friendly and very helpful. The reception staff was particularly cute. They addressed all my needs quickly and efficiently. (I am grateful for their attitude).
