small room excessive heat
The location has plenty of parking spaces. The breakfast included cooked items.
The room felt very small. The heat was excessive, even with the window open and the radiator off. I could not sleep comfortably.

Fantastic loch view and friendly service
relaxing view positive staff poached eggs
The location was great. It allowed easy access by public transport, specifically train and bus (for the last few miles). The view across the loch was very relaxing. I slept well (the bed was great!). The young staff members were positive and also did their jobs very well.
I found the breakfast could have offered fresh coffee. Instead, it was only available from a flask.

The staff was cute and helpful, especially one really good male member. He worked at reception and during breakfast. He dealt with minor issues quickly. I appreciated the friendly and efficient service (it was a major plus!).

The location is great and also the views over the water are fine. I found a pleasant walk to the front takes about 25 minutes. It's a nice stroll into town (i really enjoyed it).

Decent Hotel Stay
easy location comfortable bed positive staff large gap unsecured bracket missing gel
The hotel's location made traveling easy. The bed was very comfortable I slept well each night. I appreciated the positive attitude of the young staff they did their jobs well.
The room door had a large gap at the bottom I noticed. This let in a lot of light and noise when people walked past. The bathroom shelf bracket was not secure the whole shelf tilted when anything was put on it. There was no shower gel in the bathroom dispensers I discovered.
