lovely short stay

clean room delicious breakfast friendly staff good shower
the room had a key fob. breakfast was included with several options. the room itself was clean. the shower was good. the staff was very friendly. i had easy access going in and out. the wifi worked fine. i found several leaflets for attractions.
the bar closed early one night. i arrived back after 9 pm and it was closed.

Really good Stay

helpful manager spacious room delicious breakfast clean premises
The night manager, Sunita (I hope I got the name right!), was wonderful. She greeted me warmly and shared some interesting stories. The room offered ample space and comfort, and the breakfast featured delicious scrambled eggs and crisp hash browns. The public areas were very clean and well kept. The hotel had some local brochures.
The top floor location, with three flights of stairs, was a bit challenging.

It was a short walk to the train station. bed linen was crisp and clean, and the mattress provided a comfortable night's sleep. i appreciated the large, super clean shower in the bathroom. breakfast offered a hot selection, freshly cooked, and the staff was quite attentive.

a super experience

The room was quite spacious. the breakfast service was amazing. I especially loved the scrambled eggs. i found leaflets for local attractions very helpful! the hotel was super clean, this was great.
the tv had limited channels, i missed bbc and itv.

helpful staff packed lunch
I found the staff very helpful (especially Ellis, who was always smiling). The evening meals in the restaurant were really good. I appreciated the packed lunch provided each morning at 5.45 am for the children in my group.
