Fantastic Highland Stay!

friendly staff convenient parking
The staff was friendly and helpful! (They went the extra mile.) Dinner in the restaurant was excellent, I especially liked the local options. Free parking was very convenient. The location suited me perfectly, a tranquil escape. I wanted and shops and cafes were within walking distance.
The evening menu was somewhat limited in options.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a large bathroomwith complimentary toiletries and fresh towels, the room allowed for a restful environment after a day of exploring the Highlands.

The hotel is close to local amenities, I walked to various shops and cafes with ease. Grantown Woods is nearby with paths leading directly to River Spey, this location adds a fantastic element to the stay.

The hotel provides complimentary parking , there's a cozy bar area with a fireplace. Breakfast selections offered good variety with fresh local produce, they were cooked to order, which really gave a personal touch.

Excellent Stay All Round

easy access scottish food whisky selection
The location allows easy access to Speyside and the Highlands. Honest Scottish food and a GREAT whisky selection were available. Young servers were eager to please, which i appreciated.
The shower was terrible, with old fittings and poor pressure. It was difficult to control the water temperature too. The basin tap was also stiff and not easy to use.

The room was clean and HUGE with comfortable beds. Everything was well maintained. The house feels cute, warm and very british in a good way and i felt comfortable in my room.

clean room easy access helpful staff poor pressure stiff tap temperature control
I liked how clean the room was. The location had easy access for cars! The staff seemed nice and very helpful. I think they did a good job.
The shower was terrible. Pressure was poor. It was hard to control the temperature which went from scorching hot to lukewarm. That was annoying. The basin tap felt stiff.
