The breakfast had a big and good selection. Parking at the rear was EASY.
I found a dirty carpet. It was unpleasant. I felt the hotel was OVER priced.

mixed feelings about THE stay

dirty carpet stuffy room
The carpet seemed uncleaned and THAT bothered me. i also think the breakfast fell short of expectations. It tasted like a frozen dinner re-heated. a minor thing was that i couldn't quite control the room temperature. the thermostat was confusing, and the room felt stuffy.

excellent breakfast AND convenient parking

I found my room on the ground floor very convenient upon my evening arrival. My room included everything i needed. It was ideally equipped. I appreciated Ross's breakfast signup system, with breakfast prepared each morning as i arrived. Ross proved easy to talk to and very helpful .
the location was slightly out of the way. it was still an easy walk to the centre.

The King Room was clean and in good condition. I found the quality of the clean linen provided very pleasing. It added a touch of luxury to my stay. The car park located just behind the building proved very useful.

The breakfast was served in a lovely room, and it was satisfying. I noticed private parking was available. WiFi service was provided at no extra cost. A refrigerator in my room was great, but the view was amazing!

Really good Stay with a Wonderful Host

convenient room well-equipped room efficient system helpful assistance
The ground floor room was convenient upon our late arrival. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed (such as toiletries and extra pillows). Ross had an efficient sign-up system for breakfast, prepared fresh each morning, which I found helpful. Ross was easy to talk to and always ready to assist with any questions.
I noticed a slight squeak from the bed during the night, although it didn't significantly affect my sleep.

The owner took a genuine interest in guests, especially during breakfast. Ross offered assistance in finding accommodations for our onward journey. He was a cheerful man who created a cute atmosphere.

The room had lots of natural light, and I loved it (natural light always makes a space better). The bed was comfortable, and the room had tasteful decor. The room was spotlessly clean, and the building had an attractive appearance.

Off-road parking was available. The breakfast provided ample choice, including both hot and cold options. The location was peaceful and quiet.

The location allowed for a pleasant walk to the town center, taking about 15 minutes. Many buses nearby take you to the busy part of town. I appreciated being close enough to easily access amenities, yet far enough for peace and quiet.

excellent stay close to city centre

off street parking good location really good breakfast
i appreciated the off street parking. the location was good for accessing the town center with just a short walk. the breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice. ross was very kind and accommodated my dietary needs with gluten free bread.
the set of instructions on how to open and close the windows should be pasted. it would improve guest experience and reduce confusion.
