I found filtered water and kitchen access very helpful. The host was friendly and very accommodating. Soundproofing worked well, despite my room's proximity to the kitchen and dining room.
A small lamp in my room seemed unstable.

amazing harbor views i'm so excited

harbor views continental breakfast plentiful breakfast
our host greeted us warmly the location is fabulous right on the harbor i could not stop admiring the views the continental breakfast was plentiful i especially enjoyed the bakery bread and the french press coffee it was a great start to each day i stayed.
the soundproofing wasn't perfect i could hear some kitchen noise it was very minimal though.

The location places you right by the harbor. the trail to dunnottar castle begins just behind the building. It is quite an outing. a comfy room and a friendly greeting from the host added to the appeal. We appreciated that touch!
The reception area was a bit difficult to locate initially. It wasn't clearly marked.

Perfect harbor getaway

Paul gave us a tour when we arrived. The building's front views feature the lovely harbor and sea. I also liked the self-service breakfast. We had access to the kitchen and dining room.
I did find that the street facing room got a bit noisy. It was hard to sleep at first.

Paul was there, showing us around the place. The location is superb. It is right on the harbour front. Breakfast was good and I found all I needed.
the sink in the bathroom was also very small. parking was a slight issue at times, AS IT got quite busy.
