street noise inadequate temperature control
The breakfast service was acceptable. I found the selection adequate.
I found the noise insulation lacking. Sounds from the street were intrusive, disrupting sleep. the temperature control in the room was inadequate, resulting in a night of discomfort. It was either too hot or too cold.

excellent stay

friendly staff fabulous massage luxury room
the staff was really friendly (courtney greeted us). massages were available right in the guest house and they were fabulous. our room had beautiful presentation. it felt totally luxurious. the breakfast was freshly cooked to my order with quality ingredients.
there was a slight issue with the tv remote needing new batteries, however it was resolved quickly.

the suite includes a king-size bed with premium bedding. the room also features a separate sitting area. the bathroom has a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries, (always a plus!). fresh towels are provided daily.

good building amazing staff fresh breakfast quality ingredients
I found the building quite good. It had a very cute atmosphere. The staff were amazing and always ready to help. Breakfast was very tasty, and it was freshly cooked. I appreciated the quality ingredients used in the meals.

The staff and breakfast met my expectations. The breakfast choices were extensive.
The sink in my room made a gurgling sound for about 10 minutes after being used. This occurred as I was trying to get off to sleep (.. ) I did not enjoy that.

fresh breakfast generous room well-equipped shower convenient location
Breakfast was freshly prepared and offered many choices. The room size was generous. I found the shower and bathroom well-equipped. The location suited my visit to the University.
I understand this is temporary, but it did disrupt the peace a little bit.
