a tender night's refuge
kind staff quick walk comfy bed extra heater
The staff was kind and helpful every moment of my stay. the location was like a dream a quick walk to the main street. i found a comfy bed it was one of the best i have slept on in years. an extra heater warmed the room quickly. I loved it.
the tv struggled a little with signal it broke up sometimes.

It is located just off the high street providing a balance. You are close to central amenities, but you also have peace. it is perfect for romantic strolls and quiet evenings.

spacious room cute staff clean ensuite comfortable bed
the room was spacious i found the staff very cute and helpful the ensuite was clean and adequate i especially liked the comfortable bed the breakfast had a lovely selection it felt warm and inviting
i did notice some marks on the carpet in my room and i felt it could have used a main light for better visibility at night this was a minor issue though it did slightly affect the overall impression

The staff was always friendly and helpful. our family room was very spacious. breakfast offered a lovely mixture of options. It was very clean too.
the signal on the tv in the room wasn't perfect.

accessible facilities spacious room walker space relaxing stay
I stayed here with my mother. she had mobility issues. the leisure facilities were accessible for her. She could use them. the family room provided enough space for her walker. We found it relaxing and enjoyable.
i noticed the pipes made loud banging sounds whenever the toilet was flushed, which could wake others at night.

Breakfast offered plenty of options. It catered to varied tastes with several choices. the breakfast room gentleman was very attentive. He offered us a table in the lobby. this allowed our whole party to eat together, including those looking after dogs.

Our room was clean. It featured a separate wardrobe area that kept things organized. the room's size was great. we had plenty of space. the bed felt comfortable after a day of travel.

good location, needs some attention
big room easy check
the room was big. it had lots of storage for luggage. check in was super easy. staff were helpful when asking questions.
the pool changing rooms felt unclean when using them. the room had marks on the carpet. it did not have a main light, i felt it should be easier to see things at night.
