fresh fruit useful amenity road noise early breakfast
the breakfast offered a good selection (i liked the fresh fruit). the room had a television and free wi-fi. these amenities were very useful .
The location is just off the a9 but i did notice some road noise.

great choice comfortable room cute host convenient location
the hostess are very cute AND friendly. the room was spacious. breakfast provided a GREAT choice of options. i found THE location very convenient for exploring local villages.
the Wi-Fi signal was a little weak AT times.

clean room great breakfast early payment limited restaurants
i found my room, a beautiful double room, clean. the breakfast was great, especially the full scottish breakfast (it really set me up for the day!).
the payment was taken earlier than expected (i wasn't quite prepared). i was also a little disappointed that there weren't many restaurants within walking distance.

spacious room breakfast view beautiful glen early payment complex cancellation third party
the room was quite spacious. there was lots of room to move around. breakfast service included a view of the glen. that view was quite beautiful to look at during my meal.
the payment was processed earlier than expected. i was charged before arrival. the cancellation process was not straightforward. i had to contact a third party to resolve.

The room faced the River Tay, it was a beautiful view. Breakfast included a wide selection of options. The hosts provided many suggestions for activities in the local area. It was helpful.

my room featured views of the hills. breakfast included a tasty scottish breakfast. james offered helpful suggestions for exploring the local area. the garden provided a quiet space to read. i appreciated the flower boxes near the parking area.
i noticed a slight delay in response to an email i sent prior to my stay.

parking bays are located right next to the entrance. communal living room provided games. an honesty bar is available. birdfeeders are placed in the garden and can be viewed from the breakfast room.

the room was spacious and clean. it included extra blankets in the wardrobe. two thicknesses of pillows are provided. the room included tea and coffee making facilities, along with a television and free wi-fi.

the hosts are very friendly. james and leesa gave recommendations. they offered to dry clothes after a hike. they are accommodating to specific breakfast requests. they provide oat milk for coffees.
