underwhelming stay , a few issues to note

black mold loose rail
the windows had black mold , a rather unsightly issue. the rail on the steps outside was loose, i found it wobbly and not properly attached. using those steps proved a bit precarious because there was no other handrail to grab. my phone reception was spotty , so reporting the issues was tough. the reception wasn't staffed either.

huge hot tub well equipped kitchen rustic touch
The lodge included a huge hot tub, which i used daily. The kitchen was well equipped. It had everything needed for preparing meals. A grass roof topped the lodge.
The veranda could benefit from some maintenance. It looked a little worn.

a reasonably good stay

easy location quick check-in black mold rotten rail
i found the location easy to find. checking in was quick. the location is convenient, with cities and lochs a short drive away.
The windows had black mold around them, i didn't like this. the rail on the steps outside is not attached to the main structure. i found this dangerous to use. The bottom is rotten.
