Decent stay, but some issues

lack of communication shambolic service

The room was quite spacious.

There was a notable lack of communication between the front-of-house staff and the kitchen during breakfast. I experienced wrong meals being served. My meal arrived a FULL twenty minutes after my partner finished eating. It seemed REALLY shambolic for a supposed 5-star hotel.

the hotel location was perfect for sightseeing. the hotel staff helped us feel at home! the rooms were clean and spacious. the bed was comfortable.

The curtains in bedroom were hanging off the rail at one end. Light streamed through, disrupting sleep.
