The breakfast was good. It was nicely cooked. i liked the private parking. It is always a good thing. the hosts offered helpful tips on the area. I appreciated their local knowledge.
The street seemed a bit quiet. It wasn't very lively. the room heating sometimes switched off. I felt a little cold. the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear some noise.

poor insulation inconsistent heating
The room felt quite cold. The heating seemed to cut off at times, leaving me a bit uncomfortable. the sound insulation was not good (I could hear a lot from other rooms). I found this quite disturbing.

amazing breakfast and super clean rooms!!!
delicious breakfast friendly hosts great location
i booked a double room and it was Super clean! the hosts were super friendly, especially ele. the breakfast was delicious with great ingredients, seriously the best i had in scotland. the location was also great!
the room heating cut off regularly. i was a bit cold at times.
