a decent stay overall

friendly staff good breakfast quiet room extractor fan hot water dribbling taps
the staff was friendly enough. breakfast had good options. i found it to be quiet and clean. the decor was a bit tired in places, but it was okay.
My room did not have a working extractor fan in the bathroom and no window, it was a bit of a problem. taps barely trickled, and there was no hot water in the shower so i could not get washed. i reported this to reception and nothing could be done about it. The hotel was full.

renovated room modern feel hard worker poor pressure dirty tray broken socket
the room was recently renovated and had a modern feel. it was cleaner then i expected after reading various reviews. kamal checked me in and ran the bar plus took breakfast orders, what a hard worker. he really looked after us, i must say.
the shower pressure weren't great and took a long time to heat up. the shower tray was also dirty, and that went for around the toilet too. i found a broken socket next to the bed, what a bummer.

low pressure lukewarm water
The shower pressure was really low. It barely trickled. i could not wash properly. the water was only lukewarm and the plug in the sink would not stay down. this made even washing up a struggle.
