helpful staff lovely toiletries excellent location damp patch bathroom fan no hot water
The staff were helpful with everything! The room included lovely toiletries. I found that detail quite thoughtful. Breakfast was very nice and served promptly. The location was excellent. It made getting around easy.
The hotel needs some refurbishment. I saw a large damp patch on the carpet at the bathroom entrance. The room smelled of damp! There was no hot water for a shower, not ideal. The fan in the bathroom did not work.

historic grandeur
friendly staff historic sense good breakfast restored hotel
the staff always helped with whatever i needed i found them very friendly. the building has a quirky sense of history i noticed. the scottish breakfast was very good too. the hotel was beautifully restored i could see.
the hotel is undergoing refurbishment currently i noticed.

the hotel sits beautifully in a large garden offering peaceful scenery. a nearby shop is accessible by foot in only six minutes i saw. it stocks a very good supply of groceries and other needs.

the rooms were spacious equipped with comfortable beds. complimentary nespresso machines were available in rooms i used. the hotel includes architectural features i observed. i enjoyed the very stylish bathroom.

architectural features cute staff attentive service clean rooms
the hotel possesses amazing architectural features and a rich history. the staff was cute. breakfast was also a highlight with prompt and attentive service. the rooms were clean and decorated in a style befitting the island's heritage.
Finding the hotel was a bit difficult. Better signage on the roadway would be helpful.

The breakfast menu offered extensive choices. The food was prepared to a high standard. the service was quick. The staff was friendly. i liked the fresh coffee.

The downstairs areas showcased beautiful decor. The drawing room felt very special. the premises looked excellent. The quiet atmosphere was very pleasant. there is a garden to walk in.

The hotel is located just off the main road. This provides easy access. a nearby shop and bus stop are approximately a 6-minute walk. the setting is quiet.

My room was large. It featured a very comfortable bed. the bathroom was spacious. It included both a shower and a bath. i found nice toiletries and a coffee machine in the room.
