convenient location modern room rainfall shower
The location was very convenient for the ferry terminal. It made my early start much easier. The room was very clean and modern. It had everything I needed. The shower was great. I appreciated the rainfall shower head.
The green nightlight in the room was quite bright. It made it hard to fall asleep. I wish I could have turned it off.

convenient stay close to transportation
convenient location quick assistance seafood restaurant
the location proved very convenient. the ferry terminal was a short walk away and a seafood restaurant sat above the hotel. the town centre was also easily accessible. i received quick assistance from the service desk when my electronic key malfunctioned and i got into my room quickly.
the lack of visible signage made the hotel difficult to spot from the street.

the en suite shower room was super clean. bottled water was available . plenty of sockets were available, and an adapter was provided, which i found especially useful. the room was very clean and well appointed.

the mobile phone self check in was very easy to use. the staff were helpful and responsive when i had questions. the process was streamlined, made my arrival smooth. overall, i was satisfied with the seamless service.

The location was convenient. It's near the rail station, ferry, shops, and restaurants! the app for the doors worked flawlessly. communication was clear and timely, and the location was superb.
There was an overnight humming sound above my room. I didn't sleep much.

the room included clean bedding and towels. a tv and a kettle were available, complete with hot drinks. the modern decor contributed to a bright and well-lit space, though without windows.

Communication was handled via app. It provided clear instructions. i didn't need to meet any staff for check-in or check-out. this system was efficient and suited my travel style.
