warm room kitchen facilities friendly host good parking
The room offered a warm environment. Kitchen facilities were available for guest use, which i found helpful. Kenny, the host, was friendly. The location provided good parking.
Breakfast included only cereal boxes and milk. I expected additional options.

tidy kitchen communal lounge
the kitchen was tidy and i could easily make my own meals. the communal lounge provided a decent space to relax after a day, though the decor was simple.
The bathroom was shared among several guests. It required careful scheduling

the kitchen had free tea and coffee. it was also nice to have free cereal for breakfast! the location had good bus links into the city. the room felt genuinely warm on a chilly night, which i really appreciated.
the shared bathroom needed a little more attention. it could have been cleaner!

Acceptable but Disappointing
thin mattress non-functional tv
Parking was easy just outside on the street.
The mattress was thin. The bed made sounds whenever I turned. There was only one powerpoint in the room and it was on the other side of the bed. I could not put my nightlight on easily nor charge my phone easily. the television did not work.
