The staff was SOOOO friendly. The room was super clean.
There was no lift to reach the upper floors. The carpets in the room looked old and needed replacement.

The perfect launchpad for my daily explorations. my room included a comfortable bed, which ensured restful nights after long days, i appreciated the quiet atmosphere. the staff were helpful. They facilitated a smooth and easy check-in process.
The furniture showed signs of age. A minor detail though the overall experience was good.

helpful staff clean room central location
the lady at the reception was kind and helpful. she was always smiling (that's something i really appreciate!). the room was super clean and clean. the location was central, so i could easily walk to various attractions.
the absence of a lift made it a bit challenging to carry my luggage to the room.

A Decent Stay

convenient location friendly staff old building many stairs
The location was convenient. It was directly across from the bus station. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I was able to extend my stay after a night out. The reception staff were helpful during this process.
The building felt old. The windows seemed quite outdated. There was no lift and many stairs. It was difficult with a heavy bag.

an ok stay

central location lovely staff clean room complex check-in missing lock shower drain
The location is central. it is very close to the bus and train station, i found that helpful. lovely staff, they were very polite. the room was clean. I saw no dust.
The check in process felt complex to me. i had to wait for another guest to enter the lobby. there was no way to close the bathroom door. The lock mechanism was gone. i also noticed hair in the shower drain.

the location was convenient and near the bus station.
i was on the third floor, but there was no lift. the carpets in the room looked old and worn. the room wasn't worth the price (in my opinion).

friendly staff quick response spacious room lack wardrobe strong smell fresh paint
i found the staff very friendly. they responded quickly to messages, which i appreciated (since i am sometimes quiet). i loved that the location was close to the station. the room i got was quite spacious.
the lack of a proper wardrobe was inconvenient. there were not even a few hangers for the small rod tucked into the corner. additionally, the room had a very strong smell of fresh paint that didn't fade, even after leaving the window open for hours. it.
