cute staff fresh breakfast non-functioning tv unflushed toilet

the staff provided great service. i did not catch everyone's names, but they were all cute. the room was clean. the breakfast was fresh and delicious.

we arrived late and discovered the tv did not work. someone had used the toilet, and it did not flush. i would not stay here again because of those issues.

The onsite parking was spacious.. i easily found a spot. i appreciated the proximity to shops in the area. A quick walk met my needs. its location near the bypass made trips into aberdeen quick and easy. this accessibility.

I found the air conditioning a bit noisy, even when it was shut off. This disrupted my sleep.

My king suite sofa bed offered plenty of space. the bathroom was clean with a functional layout. i found the general hotel design appealing. the restaurant served nice meals. I would dine there again.

The breakfast was very good. there was a wide selection of yogurt and fresh fruits to choose from. a cooked breakfast was available as well. The staff were friendly and efficient. i found the restaurant to be of good quality.

I found the gym to be lacking. the tv was down to one working unit. the treadmill seemed to have a mind of its own. It stopped and started. the air conditioning was not working and it was hot in the basement.

I really appreciated the quality of food at breakfast. There was a wide variety of choices available. Gemma, the waitress, provided an cute breakfast service. She showed genuine concern regarding my dinner experience. The reception staff were also very cute, with ALL staff being helpful.

disappointing goodie bag lacking savory food

The abba afternoon tea was not great. i paid extra for the vip option and the goodie bag was disappointing. the savoury food was lacking. I found only a sandwich and a scone with onion chutney. also, a centerpiece exploded at my table and soaked my friend. the staff did not seem concerned and i had to ask them to clean the floor.
