friendly welcome high standard ample breakfast
the staff provided a friendly welcome and good service throughout my stay. my room met a high standard and breakfast offered everything i needed. i am looking forward to my next business trip and another stay here in september.
the television in my room did not turn on, and the bed's comfort was not particularly great.

mixed experience, some issues noted
worn bedding black mold
i found a couple of issues . the room i was initially given felt quite small, a disappointment considering how it was presented. the bedding looked worn, with noticeable discoloration. i also observed black mold in the bathroom, a concern i raised with the manager (they said they weren't aware).

untidy allotment scratched wood
Staff were friendly. The food tasted nice in the restaurant.
I found our room smaller than expected. The balcony overlooked an untidy allotment. I found this cramped instead of relaxing, and the furniture seemed dated with dark, scratched wood. The bed felt very firm.

bathroom odour visible mildew
the staff at reception were efficient.
the room i was assigned had significant issues , especially regarding cleanliness. the bathroom had a distinct odour and showed signs of mildew. the condition of the bathroom detracted from the overall experience , clearly impacting the quality of my stay.
