fantastic central stay
convenient location modern room complimentary snacks responsive staff
i found the location convenient, a real asset. the room was modern and very clean upon arrival. i especially liked the complimentary snacks and soft drinks provided (a thoughtful touch!). the staff were helpful and very responsive to any questions i had.
the street parking situation wasn't ideal, as the 'free parking' meant finding a spot on the street, which took a bit of driving around.

the staff were quick to respond to messages and readily available. check-in was simple, and they assisted with directions when needed. the overall service contributed to a stress-free visit.

central location lovely toiletries
the location was very central. the room had nice drinks and snacks. the bathroom had lovely toiletries. the duty receptionist was helpful to.
i had a room at the front. the window faced the street. there was no double glazing so the street noise was like it was in my room.

beautiful room comfortable bed complimentary snacks street noise lack of double glazing unclear heating
the room was beautiful and well-appointed the bed was very comfortable. the shower was amazing and i liked the small garden area. the mezzanine was useful and the complimentary drinks and snacks in the fridge were a bonus.
the room faced the street and lacked double glazing. the noise from people walking past at night was noticeable. i could clearly hear conversations from adjacent rooms. the heating system wasn't clear so the room stayed uncomfortably warm.
