breakfast included a scottish fry up i liked the location near the harbour it was easy to access i appreciated the friendly staff who were always ready to assist i was able to leave my bag after checkout and collect it later

My room was super clean! the breakfast in the morning was amazing, and it included fresh fruit salad. i had a choice of juices too. I was really happy.
the staff was a bit miserable sometimes. the food was ok, but it was a bit expensive for what i got.

The room was nice and clean. I found the staff friendly and efficient.
The bathroom was tiny. The shower was difficult to adjust, and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. It wasn't a pleasant experience

harbor location fresh breakfast efficient staff amazing food
I found the location to be amazing, set right on the harbor front. The breakfast included many choices and tasted fresh. The staff was friendly and efficient during check in. The restaurant offered amazing food and great service.
My room had basic furnishings I did not find to be very comfortable.

Good Location but Some Issues

harbor view breakfast choices tasty breakfast kitchen noise rushed staff stressed attitudes
The location was great. I had a view of the harbor from my room. The breakfast had several choices. (The scrambled egg and smoked salmon was tasty!)
My room was above the kitchen. I heard noise from it. The staff seemed rushed and stressed (probably because of the tourist season).

the evening meal was good and the breakfast was hearty.
the room overlooked a back street. i requested a harbor view room, but the extra charge was too high. the manager could have offered a better deal, especially since i was likely a returning client for work.
