comfortable bed heated lunchbox
I loved the super comfortable bed!!! i also thought the breakfast provided in the room was such a nice touch. Plus, there was a heated lunchbox for croissants, great.

missing milk unattended checkout
the room supposedly included breakfast, but i only found some cereal packets (i think they forgot the milk). it shut down completely in the morning with no one to ask. i had to leave the keys on the door (felt very secure, not).

Decent stay overall
friendly staff tasty tea hot tea stuck door early payment payment policy
I liked that the staff was super friendly. The afternoon tea was tasty. It was fresh and hot, great.
The room had a problem. The toilet door stuck on the floor, and it was hard to open. The payment was also taken a few days before I arrived. I had actually preferred to pay at the place.
