worn carpet poor soundproofing
The location was pretty convenient to everything (i walked everywhere).
My room felt a bit dated. The carpet showed definite signs of wear, and the soundproofing was not great, i could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway. This made it difficult to sleep in.
