poor lighting weak water pressure
Accessing the rooms required walking outside. I couldn't use an adjoining door to the restaurant or bar. This was inconvenient. There was also no light by the entrance to help with the keys at night. The shower's water pressure was quite poor.

a stay to remember

loch views warm candles kind staff happy tone
the king room sea view provided fine views of the loch. i found the toiletries and warm scented candles in reception such a nice touch! the staff ensured i felt at home with little gestures of kindness and attentiveness. the breakfast conversations with the staff were nice and set a happy tone for my mornings.
the water pressure in the shower was quite low, though it didn't impact my stay significantly!

The staff were happy to assist in any way, providing help with everything from directions to dining recommendations. They went the extra mile to ensure my stay felt special. the service was attentive and thoughtful.

the room featured fine decor and furniture. i especially loved the extra treats in the room, including caramel wafer bars and tunnocks teacakes. the sea view room offered beautiful views.

i found the food amazing, i think it was the best on my trip. the chef clearly takes pride in the menu and ingredients. breakfast was equally amazing with freshly prepared warm options.

the room was beautifully decorated. the bed was very comfortable. there were good-quality tea and coffee facilities in the room.
access from the rooms requires you to go outside. there was no light at the entrance into this door. the water pressure for the shower was very poor.

Bedroom was lovely. It had huge bed. It was the most comfortable on the NC500 trip.
Manager had poor customer service skills upon arrival. I was not. Menu was limited and odd. Products had poor quality. Food was expensive.
