Really good stay with great hosts

clean room comfortable bed great host
The room (superior king room) was very clean. It featured comfortable beds and pillows. Tom is a great host, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a big selection with a lovely view from our table (i especially liked the porridge!). The accommodation is beautiful and comfortable. The living room offers a magical view of the mountains. A self-service honesty bar was a highlight of the trip. Tom and his team provided a five-star experience. My wife had some mobility issues so tom offered really good help making her stay comfortable. He took great care of us and provided a nice, relaxing stay. Our request was addressed without fuss. I am very grateful.
I wasn't aware that guests are not allowed in the bar.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

bar rule rude staff
The breakfast had a good variety of options.
Guests were not allowed in the bar, I wasn't aware of this rule before I arrived. The staff was rude to my friends when they told them to leave. This situation created an uncomfortable atmosphere (it really soured the evening).
