The mugs in the bedroom were not clean. There were lipstick stains and old tea stains on them. The bed was too soft and needs replacement.

Uneven experience, Some good, some bad

tv repair fresh towels
I found a few issues . The television stopped working after the first day. I reported it, and while staff offered another room, I declined moving. NO tv repair happened. fresh towels were unavailable without request. The manager mentioned some eco system that didn't allow detergent etc to be used. This detail wasn't initially communicated and was a little surprising.
