the location is central. the room was clean. i found many restaurants close by (they were all delicious!).

My room was nice and neat. The available kitchen was very good. I was able to check in early. The owner responded quickly when I sent an email for assistance. She was kind and very helpful.
The mattress needed replacing. It was lumpy, but I was tired enough to sleep through it.

the location is perfect for access to city centre restaurants. a coop supermarket sits next door (very convenient).
the provided emergency key was in an unlocked box, giving every guest potential access to our room. i contacted staff in writing but received no response. this felt impersonal.

i found the location to be wonderfully central, with easy access to everything. the shared kitchen was a definite advantage! i especially appreciated the warmth within the room. modern tv with internet access, including netflix, allowed some unwinding.
the stairs, quite numerous, presented a bit of a challenge with luggage.
