The restaurant provided a really nice meal. It was acceptable.
the room was not great. a desk lamp and standard lamp were missing. this made it extraordinarily dark. the air con was not working either. it showed a maintenance needed alert. we reported the lighting and a/c issue twice, but it was never rectified.

The access to my room was via a flight of stairs. This proved difficult, as the lift did not serve that section of the building. i found it quite inconvenient to manage my luggage under these circumstances. breakfast service was also slow. Staff attended to later arrivals before me.
