clean room friendly staff safe storage
i found the staff friendly and helpful. the breakfast included many choices, i also appreciated the clean room i stayed in. i was able to store my bicycle safely inside.
The pillows were a bit lumpy.

Wonderful Stay with Friendly New Owners!
bright room comfortable room scottish breakfast onsite parking
This was my first visit since the new owners took over, and it was really good! My room was bright, comfortable, and very clean. The full Scottish breakfast was super, and the chef was personable! I found convenient on-site parking , made things much easier.
The furnishings were a bit shabby, I noticed. I know there are plans for refurbishment.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, and they went out of their way to assist me! I was offered crockery for a takeaway meal and a secure space for my bike. The new owners were especially engaging.

My room included a large shower and was kept very warm and clean throughout my stay. While simple, the room provided everything needed for a restful night after a long day of travelling. Linens and towels were fresh.

The hotel had a charming pub on the ground floor and offers a G and Teas lounge, a fun place to grab a drink. Breakfast was great in the restaurant. The staff provided flexible arrangements. Parking was available.

excellent stay
convenient amenities helpful staff safe place breakfast variety
i stayed for a few nights as i explored the area the room had amenities for making tea and coffee which was quite convenient. i found the staff members very helpful providing useful information for local attractions. my bike had a safe place inside and it was important for me. breakfast each morning offered a variety that was great.
the bathroom door lock was partially broken, but maintenance addressed it quickly.

Excellent stop on highland route
comfy chairs priced drinks great atmosphere
I stopped at this hotel for one night. The public bar showed rugby matches. Drinks were reasonably priced. the chairs were comfy. The fish and chips tasted great, I also liked the coffees.
The staff attitude seemed a bit indifferent in general.

The service was attentive, making sure my friends and I had everything we needed for a lovely meal, furthermore lots of lovely drinks were available, i can't thank the team enough.

The bedroom I occupied is awaiting future refurbishment, something I knew. It had what I needed for a short stay, though, so I have no complaints. The room was clean and tidy.

I found this hotel a jewel on the main highland route. The area is very accessible and convenient. I could easily reach other attractions too!

The restaurant offered a relaxing atmosphere where I ate lovely food. I enjoyed soup and halloumi fries. fish and chips. Everything was very hot. I shared a chocolate delice dessert, the mousse was so thick.
