Before my arrival, the hotel contacted me to check on my needs. This was a good touch. On arrival, the staff ensured I had a room suitable for my needs. The restaurant found me a table at the top to avoid steps.
My daughter's Cullen Skink order was unavailable. The prawn sandwich contained small shrimps in a watery salad cream. It was inedible.

wonderful stay

renovated room friendly staff
the room was newly renovated and had excellent coffee and tea options. the staff at reception were friendly and helpful. i especially appreciated the amazing fish and chips at the restaurant.
parking was difficult because the lot was almost always full . this made it inconvenient to come and go as i pleased. i hope they can find a solution to expand the parking.

flawless organization cute atmosphere delicious food
I cannot express enough how wonderful my wedding celebration was. From the very beginning to the end, the team ensured everything ran flawlessly. All our guests felt welcome. The comfortable rooms and the delicious restaurant food contributed to the day.
I found it slightly difficult to reach someone on the event team when I called. the rest of the service was perfect.

The on-site restaurant had a varied menu with delicious options. The Head Chef Jayne prepared excellent meals and desserts. Ella, our server, was very prompt, friendly, and attentive during our meals.
