adequate but with issues

grey wall view no response
the service was good and the staff were helpful it met my basic needs for accommodation.
My room faced a grey wall. I barely saw daylight it was quite dark the reception didn't respond to my email about this i felt uneasy because of this room placement. the room should not be available without a prior warning about the view. i think they should have informed me about it beforehand.
