mixed feelings about this place

sticky floor poor tv reception

the room size was alright. at least it was spacious enough to move around.

the cleanliness really let it down. the bathroom floor was sticky which was quite off-putting. also, some of the power sockets didn't work and the tv reception was poor, so that wasn't ideal.

Surprised by my experience!

central location great facilities great communication cute chocolates

The location was VERY central and easy to navigate. The room I had was massive. It came with great facilities, including a mini fridge. I was pleased with the communication I got from the host before and . I found nice touches, like the cute little chocolates on the pillows.

The room was a little grimy, and the bathroom could use a proper deep cleaning, but it was manageable for a short stay.

The staff was AMAZING and very helpful at all times. They always asked if I needed anything, and they responded quickly to my questions before arrival. I felt cared for.

The family room bathroom was spacious. I found the beds comfortable with nice bedding. The room also included a microwave, a kettle, and a fridge stocked with complimentary water. This was a welcome surprise.

The hotel offered a freshly cooked breakfast which was delivered right to my room, a SUPER convenient service. I appreciated the value for money and all the included amenities. I would stay again.

This location is excellent. It's just a short walk to Charing Cross station. I could easily walk to many central attractions, and the proximity to transportation made exploring the city simple. I recommend it.

the room was surprisingly spacious with two beds. a microwave and a fridge were available and i found the bathroom had a shower. all clean and well-kept! i especially appreciated the big breakfast delivered right to the room in the morning.
