Melanie IS a super host. The place is lovely and very stylish. We had a great time AND loved her Jack Russell dogs.
breakfast was a poached egg and toast, that was tasty, BUT not the full breakfast. It was a VERY unusual experience.

the breakfast included whisky porridge. it was quite tasty and a unique offering. the hotel is near the loch, and that allowed for quick access for a swim. the host was cute.
the front window blind did not fully cover the window. i didn't want passers-by seeing me. there was no wifi code displayed (i needed to ask about it). cleanliness wasn't great.

a sociable and delicious experience

garden area amazing shower
the breakfast reviews were accurate. the garden seating area was very enjoyable and we were made so welcome. i particularly enjoyed using the fire, such a treat! the shower was amazing too.
The front window blind doesn't fully cover the window. Passers-by can see you in bed with the light on. there was no blind on the side window, made me uncomfortable walking around undressed.
