Acceptable, but Not Without Issues
fluctuating water pressure lack of soundproofing
The room was spacious enough.
The shower was a real issue. The water pressure fluctuated constantly. This made showering difficult and quite irritating. the lack of soundproofing meant I could hear every footstep and conversation from the hallway. Sleeping became a challenge due to the noise.

superb stay!
clean room fresh milk excellent location
the room was beautifully decorated and very clean. i also appreciated the fresh milk and biscuits provided. the location was excellent, near the high street!!!

the hotel is located in a lovely quiet area and very close to the centre of town. i found it convenient with easy access to local shops and the high street. plenty of parking was available too.

minor issues detract from the stay
tiny room no tv
The room was tiny. There wasn't anywhere to sit other than on the bed itself. there was also no tv. honestly, i was pretty bored!!!

impractical faucets shower mold
the faucets in the bathroom were impractical. I could barely fit my hands under the running water. also, i spotted some mold in the shower cubicle's sealant, it was not something i expected.

The room was clean and nicely furnished. It had fresh milk, biscuits, tea, and coffee. The value was really great. There was lot of parking. The room was on the ground floor, so I could access to the garden. The bedroom and bathroom had good appointments. The room had everything I needed. There was a fridge and a microwave. Plates, bowls, and cutlery were also supplied.
The room felt dated.

The hotel is near all facilities of the charming small town. It is just one street back from the Main Street, so it is very convenient for reaching the center and local shops.

the location provided a short walk to the town center. on-site parking existed. the host communicated well, which ensured easy contactless check-in. i found quiet surroundings.
