broken remote missing toiletries
The tv remote in my room didn't work. I told someone, but nothing changed! it was frustrating since i wanted to relax after a long day. also, the promised toiletries were missing from the bathroom, i only had one small soap bar. i had to go downstairs to ask for shampoo and shower gel, a real inconvenience!

adequate stay with minor drawbacks

cold bathroom restrictive breakfast
I found a couple of issues . the bathroom lacked adequate heating, a problem considering the climate. the breakfast service felt somewhat restrictive. Requesting additional toast seemed to cause undue concern for the staff. (i understand cost control, but guest comfort matters too.) these aspects detracted from an otherwise satisfactory experience.
