large suite very nice view easy host
The suite was large and very clean. Views from the suite were very nice, a real treat! Chris offered tips and was easy to get along with. On-site parking worked very well for me.
I could hear sounds from other visitors.

really good stay with amazing views!
local attractions modern decor comfortable bed
chris gave amazing recommendations for local attractions. i found the room super clean with modern decor. the nespresso machine worked perfectly for my morning coffee. the king bed was very comfortable. a smart tv provided entertainment during downtime.
Sounds from the guests above carried easily into my room. it wasn't unbearable. But noticeable.

my king room had a super king bed and a nespresso machine. the ensuite bathroom was beautifully appointed with both a bath and a shower. i enjoyed the sitting area and dining area within the room.

The accommodation is near the train station. It allows easy access to edinburgh and glasgow. i found onsite parking very useful since i had a car. i saw a pub, restaurants and shops within 15 minutes walking distance.

unbelievable views and a fantastic stay!
fabulous host clean room comfortable bed
chris really is a fantastic host! i found the room clean and beautifully decorated. the bed felt comfortable and the en-suite bathroom was big. i really liked that i had a proper fridge in the room, stocked with fresh milk and a carafe of water.
I could hear some slight noise from the kitchen above. This was minor though.

i enjoyed a hot cooked breakfast and it was wonderful, one of the best i have ever eaten! i really liked the terrace with its lovely view to look out while i was having breakfast.

the room was equipped with a fridge, an electric kettle and a hairdryer which i found super helpful. for those who care about this, the room also had both a shower and a bath tub which is fantastic!
