Really good Stay in Scotland

menu choices attentive staff
A helpful young gentleman handled the process. The evening meal featured excellent choices on the menu and attentive staff, also. My room was large, and the bed provided an excellent night's sleep. The continental breakfast offered sufficient options. I found it very satisfying.
The room I had was quite small. The absence of a towel rail made it difficult as the towels got increasingly soggy.

friendly staff good size new restaurant uncomfortable bed digging springs unsuitable middle
I stayed for one night! the staff were really friendly and helpful, which i appreciated. our room was a good size, offering everything i needed. i was kinda surprised by the good selection for breakfast. The restaurant felt really new!
i found the middle of the bed very uncomfortable. i think i could feel bed springs digging into my back, which wasn't ideal. it definitely wasn't suitable for a couple unless they want to lie far apart. please look at the bed!

i had a lovely room, it was clean and tidy with all the amenities i could need. the staff was lovely and gave a warm welcome, i really felt at home. food was beautiful and it was great value too.

long wait messy car park
My arrival was a bit rough. i got there maybe 40 minutes after check-in time, but then i stood at reception waiting for someone to show up for over 10 minutes (it seemed like forever!). after that, i had to wait another 15 minutes while they checked to see if my room was even ready (seriously?). the car park in the back was also a bit of a mess. Not the best way to approach a hotel, i must say.

attentive staff spacious room well furnished good breakfast
the staff was attentive. i found the room bigger than expected it was well furnished. i appreciated the digital display for water temperature in the shower. the continental breakfast offered a good selection of items for me.
the car park access involved navigating through back streets and a building site.

good size room comfortable mattress long wait messy car park
the room had a good size and the temperature was right (even as the weather changed). the mattress was comfortable.
i arrived a bit late and had to wait a long time at reception before anyone came. the car park at the back was messy and not very nice.
